Easter Holiday Office Hours

During the Easter holidays we will have a reduced back office with our physical office closed.

Between 30 March – 2 April our physical office will be closed, but our back end office will be running, with phone lines open.

Between 3 April-12 April both our physical office and back-office operations will be closed, including phone lines.

Our physical office and phone lines will reopen on 13 April 2026 at 9am.

Usual Opening Hours

Our main office and phone lines are open:

Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Fridays 9:30am – 5:30pm during the school term.

Instrument Collection/Drop Off

Our office is based at Merton Abbey Primary School where we also have our South Wimbledon Music Centre, so it is also possible to collect or return instruments outside of our usual office hours:

Mondays 9:30am – 8:30pm

Tuesdays 9:30am – 7pm

Wednesdays 9:30am – 9pm

Thursdays by arrangement.

Fridays 9:30am – 5pm

Saturdays 8:30am – 2:30pm

Our four Music Centres operate during the school term, 10 weeks per term.
