MMF has worked in partnership with Pete Churchill and the London Vocal Project for nearly 10 years, to help build and support MMF's 'With One Voice' singing strategy and ensure that all Merton schools have access to a varied range of excellent vocal resources, ongoing teaching support and opportunities to participate in a variety of high quality, inspirational projects and performances including the 'Music is for Life' concert series at the Royal Albert Hall. Pete and key members of LVP will shortly begin working alongside MMF and with the Merton community to compose the score for 'Backstories', an exciting new choral work for mass choir and jazz orchestra, an innovative intergenerational piece which will premiere at the Royal Albert Hall on 21 April, 2015
