We have sent an e-mail confirming

Orders will be processed as soon as we receive payment.
Tickets will arrive within 10 days (delays may be encountered during school holiday periods),
photographs within 3 to 4 weeks unless unforeseen circumstances occur. 
All other items may take between 4 to 6 weeks.
