This website is managed by Merton Music Foundation. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully because they form a legal document. By submitting an order, you agree to be bound with Merton Music Foundation by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not submit an order.
Making A Purchase:
Browse our web pages and select any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping "basket". After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. (Full instructions on 'How To Order' can be found on our 'Using the Shop' page).
Payment:
All payments to Merton Music Foundation are accepted through an online payment service provider. Protx provides a secure, encrypted gateway between this website and our bank. It enables people to purchase products online using 128-bit encrypted sessions with the knowledge that their credit card details will be safe and secure. Protx has been audited and approved by APACS, Visa and MasterCard and is an approved payment service provider for Lloyds TSB Cardnet services. Protx accepts Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Solo and Maestro.
Security:
When you make an order your credit card details will be encrypted and sent securely using SSL - the Internet standard for secure transfers. We use an online payment service provider who receives transaction details directly over a 128-bit encrypted secure channel, exchanging digitally signed messages to register the transaction and notify you directly of the authorisation results. No sensitive information is sent via your browser, and because customers are directly transferred to our online payment service provider, no card details are taken or stored on this site.
Delivery:
All items ordered on this website will be delivered to the address given by you during the registration process. This normally will be within 10 days for concert tickets (delays may be encountered during school holiday periods), 3-4 weeks for photographs. Other products like CDs, videos, coasters, mouse mats and place mats will be delivered within 4-6 weeks, unless an alternative timescale is notified to you by Merton Music Foundation, prior to the expiry of the specified delivery period. Merton Music Foundation shall not be liable for any late delivery or any loss or damage caused as a result.
Packaging:
Prints are sent in hard-backed envelopes to prevent damage.

All photos are sold on the strict understanding that they are for private use only and will not to be published*, copied, incorporated into, or used as a component part of new artwork, without prior written agreement.
*The term "published" includes, for both complete images and selected parts of images, all forms of hard copy reproduction, broadcasting (including videotaping) and use on websites.
Privacy Policy:
You are advised to read our Privacy Policy. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option. Guarantee:
Photographs ordered through the website will be printed on high quality digital processing equipment. As with all digital pictures, the quality of the print is dependent on the amount of data (number of pixels) in the original image. Some pictures have a higher pixel quality than others. Please note that colours viewed may vary from monitor to monitor.
Returns Policy:
In the event that items ordered through the website are damaged or defective when you receive them, or do not match the description specified in this service, you are entitled to send them back to Merton Music Foundation within 14 days of receipt by you. In those circumstances, Merton Music Foundation will provide a full refund of the Purchase Price together with the return postage and packing. In the event that you return any items ordered through the website to Merton Music Foundation, and Merton Music Foundation can demonstrate that they were not faulty when received by you, Merton Music Foundation reserves the right to return the items to you and to claim the cost of such return postage from you.
