To reserve a place on a course please indicate this as soon as you are able to, preferably at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the course, either:
·By completing and returning the attached Continuing Professional Development Application Form
·Or by E-mailing admin@mmf.org.uk with full details, including course code, attendee(s) name(s) and your school.
Application forms should be sent to:

Confirmation that the course will run will be sent by post a minimum of seven days prior to the course date.
Invoicing: Merton Music Foundation will invoice schools on a termly basis in arrears.
All courses will be held at Chaucer Centre, Canterbury Road, Morden, Surrey SM4 6PX unless otherwise indicated.
Booking Cancellations:
Cancellations by participants are accepted in writing or by e-mail if received at least seven working days before the start of the course. We regret that we must charge participants who give less than this minimum notice. However, in exceptional cases this charge may be waived.
Cancellations by the provider will be necessary if fewer than eight participants apply to attend a course. Should this be necessary you will be informed in writing at least seven days before a course start date.
Maximum numbers of participants are set for each course. As courses can become oversubscribed schools are advised to book early to secure places. Please note that MMF provides courses for schools in the London Boroughs of Merton, Kingston and Sutton. Early booking is recommended.
