Welcome to Merton Music Foundation's online shop. We are a non-profit-making organisation, all money from the MMF Online Shop goes back into our organisation. 

MAKING AN ORDER

When you make an order or give a donation, your credit card details will be encrypted and sent securely using SSL - the Internet standard for secure transfers. We use an online payment service provider who receives transaction details directly over a 128-bit encrypted secure channel. This method is recommended by Lloyds TSB Cardnet Services.

1. Select item:

If the item you are selecting has an options box, you will need to open it and choose one of the options. Clicking the little down-arrow box to the right of the options box will open the choices. If you want more than one option, you must add the first one to the shopping cart, then return to the options box to select the next one.

2. Add to Basket:

To add an item to your shopping cart, first select the quantity, then click on the first little box to the right of the quantity box. (Picture of a shopping cart.)

3. View Basket:

To view the contents of your shopping "Basket" without beginning the checkout process, click the "Basket" tab at the top of the screen, or the second little box to the right of any quantity box. (Picture of an eye.)

4. Checkout:

To stop adding items to your basket and purchase what you have added, click the "Checkout" tab at the top.   

5. Select 'Shipping' Method:

Choose one of the postage and packing options provided. (This must be done for ALL transactions).

There are 3 options:

• Postage & Packing - Photographs (incl. Coasters/Mouse Mats/Place Mats). Concert Programmes
• Postage & Packing - CDs/Videos/DVDs
• No Postage & Packing Required - Concert Tickets/Donations/Courses/Pay Fees Online
