There are lots of projects happening in the community which are inspired by the London 2012 Games...Here's one from Merton!

Song for 2012

Ten year old Ronke from Merton, in London, won the Merton Music Foundation’s ‘Song for 2012’ competition with her song, “It’s a beam” which captured each of the Olympic and Paralympics Values.

6,000 local children sang her song, and she won the ‘Young Person’s Outstanding Achievement’ category of the Merton Civic Awards 2009!
